How long does it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered via standard shipping within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to save 15% on every order and never run out of beans.
What is your return policy on brewing equipment?
We accept returns on unused brewing equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened bags of coffee beans cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
