At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused coffee gear or unopened beans in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse inspects the return.
